Trailhead Cabins was the perfect winter wonderland getaway! We are so impressed with how well they maintain a 4 season camp. It was such a great way to start the new year from late night campfires to cozy afternoon’s spent reading and watching the snowfall!

Jenn and Dale were wonderful hosts! Jenn was super responsive and made everything so easy from the moment we booked. She greeted us on arrival, provided clear directions, firewood, and water, and even switched the wagon to a sled after it snowed to help us with our luggage — such a kind gesture! She also shared great local recommendations that made our stay even better. The cabin was cozy, quiet, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend Trailhead Cabins!

This is our third time staying at The Trail Head Cabins, and we just love it here! Jen and Dale are always so warm and welcoming . Jen even showed us some awesome videos of moose and deer caught on their cameras, which was super cool! The cabin is cozy, peaceful, and just the perfect getaway spot. Can’t wait to come back again! 🌲✨

Jenn and Dale were great hosts. Their communication was impeccable from the moment we booked and during our stay, they made sure we found everything comfortable. This little cabin was the perfect stay for our winter getaway. It had everything we needed to be comfortable after a day on the trails skiing with our dogs. They even had homemade doggy treats and a water bowl ready for them, which we found really nice and welcoming. We will definitely be back and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a nice stay in the area.

I can’t say enough about this beautiful spot! Such a peaceful location with everything needed for the perfect winter escape. The hosts are very responsive and made sure the cabin had every little thing you could possibly need. I loved meeting the dogs and star gazing at night. A cozy spot to start the year!

The pictures can’t capture enough the quaintness the Deer Cabin brought for us and can’t highlight enough the tranquility of the surrounding forest. Our expectations of our lodgings went beyond our anticipated preconceived ideas of how things would unfold for us. It truly is a magical place being in the woods and having a campfire then having a comfortable place to getaway to. Thank you for the memories and experience.

The hosts were very helpful and provided almost everything we needed for our stay. You can borrow games, activities, boots and more from the trading post. We definitely overpacked. It’s hard to find places like this that are pet friendly. We will come back again.

Exceeded expectations. What a beautiful spot and what an incredible job Jen has done with her land and cabins. Every amenity you could possibly need and then some. Obvious care and consideration was taken in design and catering to their guests. So many nice touches. Can't wait to return

I would highly recommend this setting to get away from the busy life of phones and traffic, put your feet up and go back in time to a simple life of fresh air friendly people and the great outdoors, weather relaxing , hiking riding this place will bring you back to centre! And the hosts make you so welcome and at home , we went as a large group and everyone raved about it and we have already decided to plan our next stay ! We had an amazing glamping experience at the Deer cabin. We felt right at home, while enjoying nature and the peaceful surroundings. Jennifer was very accommodating and did her best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were especially impressed by the level of attention to details put into the cabin and its surroundings, and were grateful for the netted patio during mosquito season. We'd have to come back and check the other cabins!

Had a fantastic stay! Everything was set up very well and there were great little extras throughout the property. It was a perfect getaway to relax and move at a slower pace. The host was really nice and helpful with any questions we had. Definitely plan to return for another stay. I highly recommend
